JADE MARINE, INC. was founded by Elliott Albert Mistich, Sr. in 1987. After his passing in 2004, the family-owned business, was taken over by a third generation. Elliott Mistich, Jr. was named President and Jamie Mistich Beregeron was named Secretary.
